Prior to joining The Madison Group, he spent 12 years as the co-founder and co-chairman of Artemis Strategies, a multi-faceted government affairs firm that managed clients before the United States Congress, multiple Presidential administrations, state governments and before foreign governments as well. In 2001, Storch was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as a Member of the United States Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad and also served as the Next Generation Chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
